How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $79 USD or more within the United States.

What is the shipping cost for orders under $79?

Orders below $79 USD are subject to a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain in new and unused condition.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact our customer support team before returning an item.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes. Returns are subject to a $10.00 flat-rate return shipping fee.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. Nerivya does not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Are your products new?

Yes. We only sell new products through our website.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
